Volunteer Opportunities
Staying Connected warmly welcomes Sun City residents as potential Members. Members have a range of services available to help them stay involved with our active community.
Transportation
Our volunteers provide local rides for medical appointments and grocery shopping.
Care Giver Relief
We provide in-home social visits allowing caregivers to leave for personal time.
Reassuring Calls
Our volunteers make weekday telephone calls for those living alone.
Basic Home Maintenance
Includes small tasks like overhead lightbulb replacement, smoke alarm battery replacement, and changing air filters.
Administrative Support
Office-related tasks such as handling incoming phone calls, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
The Lending Closet
Includes delivery and pick-up of equipment and administrative support for the closet.
